Dallas, GA
Dallas is home base. Our shop and crews start here every morning, which means smaller jobs actually get scheduled instead of pushed behind a big remodel across the metro. We've worked on everything from 1970s ranches off Hardee Street to new construction in the Seven Hills and Bentwater corridors.
Hiram, GA
Hiram sits ten minutes from our shop, and much of its housing stock went up in the late 1990s and 2000s — which is exactly the age where builder-grade kitchens, original HVAC, failing decks, and thin attic insulation all come due at the same time.
Acworth, GA
Acworth homeowners spend their money outdoors — lake-adjacent properties around Lake Acworth and Allatoona mean decks, screened porches, outdoor kitchens, and hardscape make up most of what we build here, alongside kitchen and bath remodels in the older downtown homes.
Powder Springs, GA
Powder Springs has a wide mix — mid-century homes near the historic downtown, big 1990s subdivisions, and newer builds toward Lost Mountain. That mix means we're just as often doing a full gut kitchen as an aging-in-place bathroom conversion for a family keeping a parent at home.
Kennesaw, GA
Kennesaw is dense with 1990s and 2000s subdivisions now hitting their second renovation cycle: original kitchens, builder-grade baths, garages nobody can park in, and basements framed but never finished. Those four jobs are most of what we do here.
Marietta, GA
Marietta runs from pre-war homes near the Square to sprawling East Cobb properties, and the renovation work reflects that range — careful restoration and structural correction on the older stock, high-end kitchen and primary-bath remodels on the larger homes.
Woodstock, GA
Woodstock grew fast, and it shows in the housing: tight-lot new builds around Towne Lake and downtown sitting next to 1990s subdivisions whose original kitchens, decks, and garages are all due at once. Outdoor living is the request we get most here — screened porches and pergolas that make a small back yard usable.
Cartersville, GA
Cartersville has real acreage, which changes what people build: shops, barns, detached garages, long concrete drives, and grading work alongside the usual kitchen and bath remodels. Older in-town homes near Main Street also bring plaster, knob-and-tube remnants, and foundation correction.
Canton, GA
Canton spans hillside new construction off Highway 20 and much older homes closer to the river. Sloped lots are the defining local challenge — retaining walls, multi-level decks, walkout basements, and drainage that has to be engineered rather than guessed.
Douglasville, GA
Douglasville is heavy on 1990s and early-2000s subdivisions plus a strong rental and flip market, so we're often working two very different jobs: a homeowner's full kitchen and primary-bath remodel, or a fast, clean investor turnover on a tight schedule.
Villa Rica, GA
Villa Rica splits between fast-growing new subdivisions on the Paulding side and older in-town homes near Main Street. That means we're either upgrading builder-grade finishes in a five-year-old house or rebuilding kitchens and baths in homes that haven't been touched since the 80s.
Rockmart, GA
Rockmart has a lot of well-built older homes on larger lots, plus farm and shop buildings that need real structural work rather than cosmetic patching. We do full remodels here as well as barns, shops, decks and concrete on acreage.
Austell, GA
Austell is a mix of mid-century homes and 1990s subdivisions, and a lot of our work here is repair-driven: water-damaged baths, sagging decks, cracked driveways and basements that need to be finished properly with drainage handled first.
Smyrna, GA
Smyrna homeowners are usually renovating for resale value or for how they actually live — open kitchens, spa primary baths, and finished basements. Lots are tight here, so staging, dust control and neighbor-friendly scheduling are part of the job.
Temple, GA
Temple is largely acreage and newer construction along the Highway 113 and I-20 corridors. We build a lot of decks, patios, garages, shops and outdoor kitchens here, plus full interior remodels for families staying in place instead of moving.
Roswell, GA
Roswell renovations run high-end: full custom kitchens, primary suite additions, screened porches and detailed trim work in established neighborhoods. Historic and design-review considerations are common, and we plan for them instead of reacting to them.
Alpharetta, GA
Alpharetta is one of the highest-value renovation markets we serve, and the expectations match: custom cabinetry, full-slab stone, wet rooms, wine walls, and screened porches with outdoor kitchens built to the same finish level as the interior. Most of what we do here is a second renovation on a well-built 1990s or 2000s home whose original finishes no longer match the neighborhood's value.
Buckhead, GA
Buckhead work is detail-driven: plaster and trim restoration in the older estate homes, full primary-suite rebuilds, elevator and wine-room additions, and kitchens where the millwork alone carries the budget. Tight streets and strict neighbor expectations mean staging, dust control, and protection of finished surfaces matter as much as the build itself.
Milton, GA
Milton is estate lots and equestrian acreage, so the scope goes beyond the house: barns, detached garages, pool houses, pergolas, and long concrete or paver drives alongside high-end kitchen and bath remodels. Homes here are large and well built, and owners renovate to keep them current rather than to fix failures.
Johns Creek, GA
Johns Creek is dense with large 1990s and early-2000s homes now on their first real renovation: two-story foyers being modernized, dated master baths converted to spa suites, unfinished basements turned into full living space with bars and theaters, and decks rebuilt in composite.
Sandy Springs, GA
Sandy Springs splits between mid-century ranches being taken down to the studs and larger newer homes getting kitchen, primary-bath, and outdoor-living upgrades. Many lots slope hard toward the river, which makes retaining walls, multi-level decks, and drainage a real part of most exterior projects.
Dunwoody, GA
Dunwoody is largely 1970s and 80s traditional homes on established lots, which means we're usually removing walls to open closed-off kitchens, rebuilding baths that still have original tile and cast-iron drains, and finishing basements. Owners here renovate to stay for the schools, not to flip.
Vinings, GA
Vinings blends townhome and condo interiors with larger hillside homes overlooking the river. Work here leans toward high-finish kitchens and baths, custom closets and built-ins, and screened porches or terraces that make a steep lot usable.
